Bookings are subject to availability and confirmed after payment. Depending on the tour, partial or full advance payment may be required. We accept secure payments via Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking and Bank Transfer.
After confirmation you will receive your itinerary, pickup details and payment confirmation by Email or WhatsApp. Please review all details and inform us immediately if any correction is required.
Only services specifically mentioned in your itinerary are included. Flights, travel insurance, visa fees, personal expenses, unspecified meals, tips, optional activities and other unlisted services are excluded unless mentioned.
Requests for changes are subject to availability and may involve additional charges. Some confirmed services including monument tickets, safari permits, train tickets and flight tickets cannot be modified.
Cancellation requests must be sent by email to info@indiadaytrip.com. Refunds are processed according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Non-refundable third-party charges will be deducted where applicable.
We work with trusted partners but are not responsible for delays, cancellations or operational changes caused by third-party providers.
Entry tickets are issued by the relevant authorities and are generally non-refundable and non-transferable. Government fees may change without notice.
Travelers are responsible for carrying valid passports, IDs, visas and any required travel documents.
Customers must behave respectfully. We may refuse or discontinue services without refund in cases of unlawful, abusive or dangerous behaviour. Damage caused by a traveler is the traveler's responsibility.
India Day Trip shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, weather, natural disasters, baggage loss, missed transport or other events beyond reasonable control. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
We are not responsible for failures caused by natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, government restrictions or similar events beyond our control.
All website content including text, images, logos and tour descriptions is the property of India Day Trip unless otherwise stated and may not be reused without written permission.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Agra, Uttar Pradesh.
